This tree is a baby. We planted it last year with no branches. It was planted as a stick, so this season we are hoping for some branch development and its a promising start to the season

The tree is so young, volatile and weak that it did nothing more in the last 12 months than focus its energy on root development of which it had very few roots to show when we planted it

We already have our Tromboncino and Lebanese Zucchini in the ground, and we'll be planting our Ronde De Nice variety this week (photo). All our ZUCCHINIS this year were sowed from non-contaminated seeds

Our mystery GARLIC variety is growing a nice thick stem and a rich green leafy colour

If you remember an earlier post of ours (10th June), these were tiny (failed) bulbs we got from a friend who was confused and frustrated when they pulled them out and they weren't sure what variety of garlic they were
.
We told them the timing of their planting was probably wrong, so we decided to get the tiny bulbs off them, stored them ourselves and when they started sprouting unassisted we decided to plant them straight away and this is the result so far...
