KOHL RABI - If you haven't grown them before, give them a go

The whole plant is edible. It can be used wherever cabbage is used in dishes and cooking

The swollen stem can be used raw in salads or boiled and indulged with some delicious pepper, garlic and butter. A classic! 😋😋😋

The leaves and leaf stalks don't go to waste either. They can be used anywhere like in soups. Kohlrabi has a nice flavour and is great value for money in any garden
.
The only drawback with kohl rabi is that it can take time to grow and does prefer a cool/mild climate but it is definitely easier to grow than other brassicas like cauliflower and broccoli ✅
